Procurement Policy

In order to fulfill our corporate social responsibility and continue to be a trusted company in society, we comply with relevant laws and regulations, respect fair trade, and collaborate with our suppliers to promote responsible procurement activities in accordance with "Basic Procurement Policy" and "CSR Procurement Guidelines" based on VMV of Press Kogyo Group (Vision, Mission and Values).

Basic Procurement Policy

  1. We comply with laws, regulations and social norms.

  2. We conduct transactions in open, fair, impartial and transparent manner.
    We deepen two-way communication with all our business partners for good partnerships, and conduct fair, equitable, transparent, appropriate and reasonable transactions.

CSR Procurement Guidelines

  1. Legal Compliance and Confidentiality
    We promote sustainable procurement activities in compliance with domestic and international laws, regulations, and social norms, and in consideration of human rights, the environment, and occupational health and safety.
    We thoroughly manage confidential and personal information, and use and protect it to the appropriate extent. We do not infringe on intellectual property rights, nor we obtain or use such information in an unauthorized manner.
  2. Fair, Equitable and Honest Transactions
    We provide all suppliers with opportunities for fair and equitable competition and strive to conduct business ethically and with integrity.
  3. Building Good Partnership with Stakeholders
    We strive to build and strengthen good partnerships based on mutual trust in order to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development together with our related parties.
  4. Respect for Human Rights
    We respect diverse values and basic human rights, and never discriminate or harass anyone on the basis of nationality, race, religion, ideology, sex, age, origin, gender, etc.
    We eliminate forced labor and child labor and adhere to appropriate working conditions.
    We respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

    We promote resource and energy conservation, and reduction of greenhouse gases together with our suppliers in compliance with environment-related laws and regulations and in consideration of green procurement.

    In accordance with our quality policy, we work with our suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of our products and to maintain and improve their reliability.
  7. Promotion of Health and Safety
    Together with our suppliers, we promote procurement that maintains safety, health, and a good working environment.
  8. Ensuring Information Security
    We promote information security measures and thoroughly manage confidential information, personal information and customer information to prevent information leaks.
  9. Promotion of Risk Management
    We promote risk management to ensure the continuity of our business activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances or major disasters.
  10. Contribution to Society
    As a member of society, we address through our corporate activities sustainable international society, local community development, and global environmental issues.
  11. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
    We do not have any relationship with antisocial forces or organizations.

We request that all suppliers make efforts to comply with the provisions of these guidelines so that our policies can prevail throughout the entire supply chain.
